GET KIDS AND GRANDKIDS REGISTERED NOW! Calling all area children…It’s time for Vacation Bible School signups! Grab your gear and join Fellowship Trek, an amazing hike through the Bible to meet Jesus, our Forever Friend. Our journey takes place June 9-13, 2008 (8:30 a.m. – noon). All hikers will explore life-changing lessons from God's word through bible stories, crafts and games. Kids learn that the #1 thing is growing a relationship with Jesus. Grandparents and others with children visiting during the week of VBS are invited to attend. Come join us on this fabulous journey!! VBS is open to all children age 4 (by Sept 15, 2007) through those that have completed 7th grade. The registration deadline is Sunday, May 5th and cost is $9.00 - payable with the registration form. Scholarships are available if necessary – contact your church representative for details. Note: A new requirement this year is that Preschool, Kindergarten or 1st graders will be picked up in their classrooms at 12 Noon. Drop them off at St. Paul’s church anytime after 8am. Pick up at 12 Noon in their classrooms (Preschool St. Paul basement, Kindergarten United Methodist basement, 1st Grade Masonic Temple lower level). We’ve instituted this for the safety of these little ones; both to ensure a responsible person takes custody of them and that they are not near the busy street. Opportunities: We need providers of snacks/treats. Contact Louise Johnson 252-2340 to volunteer and to ask questions. A bake sale will be held April 26-27 to help fund VBS and all donations will be welcomed. COORDINATORS: Nancy Ruzicka and Nancy McClellan St. John's; Cindy Moser St. Paul and LuAnn Bolsinger; Methodist
